INTERMAR CARGO SRLs was born on June 2005 by an idea of his owner who, after has been employed for over 20 years as international freight forwarder on behalf of small and medium Italian Companies, decided to use his experience and capacity for his own Company.
Since then with success we take care of international shipments, transports and removals, by air, by sea and by road, from the single piece to the full load, both export and import, from/to Italy, from/to anywhere.
We perform our job in co-operation with our trustworthy partners in the main ports and airports in the world. Thanks to our reliability and professionalism expressed during all the past years, today we can boast of profitable collaborations with the greater Maritime Companies and Air Carriers, as well as with the Multinational Companies of road transports. So we can offer to our customer both Companies and private citizens, tailor-made services with the best rates.
Doing our job we provide a complete advice and assistance: for customs clearance both export and import, for all documentation required for international shipments, for issuing eventual “all-risks” insurance coverage, for introducing goods into port and airport areas. All of that in order to make the international shipments, the transports and the removals managed by us, a simple and pleasant experience with the full satisfaction of the customer.
During the last years we becoming specialized in the international shipments and transports by SEA in both services: partial container (LCL or groupage) and full container (FCL). Even if the shipments and transports by sea remain our main activity, we pay particular attention to international shipments and transports by AIR and by ROAD for which we count many customers. Also we can do removals, transports and international shipments of household goods and personal effects, cars, motorcycles, using specialized staff and reliable foreign agents all over the world.
Our legal and operative office is in the east area of Rome, with warehouse near Rome Fiumicino airport. Even if we are in the centre of Italy, we easily are able to do pick-ups and deliveries from/to any city in Italy.
